Richard W. Kozlowski is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology where he received a Bachelor's degree in  Rick KozlowskiChemistry. Rick is a 1983 cum laude graduate of Albany Law School where he served as managing editor of the Albany Law Review. 

Rick began his legal career at Nixon, Hargrave, Devans & Doyle (now Nixon Peabody), a large law firm head quartered in Rochester, New York. There, he received training in the areas of individual and corporate taxation.Rick then spent six years in Boston working for a firm specializing in tax and estate planning for individuals of high net worth.

Rick has been a shareholder of Lisman & Webster for over thirteen years. 

Rick concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, business transitions, tax planning, corporate transactions, and probate matters. He has over twenty-seven years of experience in these fields. Rick currently serves on the board of the Dorset Park Skating Association, and is a member of the Vermont Bar Association

Rick's outside interests include whitewater canoeing, ice climbing, hiking, mountaineering, and sailing.
